Ways to Get in Touch

Please get in touch with us for expert advice and a price quotation for the bespoke stainless steel items required on your project. There are three simple ways to contact us:

Please provide us with as much detailed information and dimensions as possible to enable us to quote as accurately for the items you require.

If you have drawings or sketches available, please upload them to the contact form or attach them to your e-mail before submitting. Even rough dimensioned hand sketches are fine and help us better understand your requirements.

Customer Service

At DSM we focus very strongly on providing our customers with the highest possible levels of service and support throughout the entire purchase process and beyond. We therefore always aim to respond to enquiries and quotation requests within 2 working days, and most typically within 1 working day.

If you have not heard back from us within this time frame, please do get in touch again in case your message and enquiry has not got through to us.

Warranty

DSM provide a comprehensive 25 Year Warranty on all our bespoke stainless steel products. We offer this because our customers can trust in the quality, durability and long life of the products we manufacture. The warranty becomes active as soon as the items have been paid for and supplied, without any need to register it. So if you're looking for a stainless steel worktop, a plaster sink or even a drinking fountain, we do our best to put your mind at ease.

Ordering from DSM

Ordering your custom made stainless steel items from DSM is incredibly simple:

  1. Send us an enquiry using the contact form above, or e-mail us directly to sales@dsmstainlessproducts.co.uk, or call us to discuss your project on 01159 255927, giving us as much detail as possible and attaching drawings or sketches as required.
  2. DSM will send you a quote within 48 hours (typically 24 hours).
  3. E-mail us back to confirm you would like to proceed with an order (for businesses please quote an order number where appropriate).
  4. Where necessary DSM will provide 2D CAD drawings for approval. For simpler items drawings may not be required, however with more complex items this helps ensure the DSM is manufacturing your ordered bespoke stainless steel products precisely to your requirements.
  5. DSM will raise the manufacturing paperwork and forward you a proforma invoice to allow you to make payment against the invoice, and advise the expected production lead time for the stainless steel items you have ordered.
  6. DSM will commence manufacturing. Once the items are close to being completed, DSM will contact you to finalise the delivery arrangements and confirm a delivery date.

Factory Visits & On-Site Parking

Whilst we do not currently have a dedicated customer showroom, our customers are always welcome to visit us and take a tour of the factory and have a coffee with us to discuss their project with our expert team, face to face.

Depending on what projects are passing through the manufacturing process, a factory visit enables a customer to see products in the various stages of production and helps give an insight into what goes into the manufacturing of bespoke stainless steel products.

We have ample onsite parking for multiple visitors, and being based in the East Midlands a few miles from the M1 motorway, can be accessed easily from most of the UK. Please see the directions opposite for more details on travelling to our factory.

How to get to us

From the M1 motorway, exit at junction 25 and at the roundabout join the A52 towards Nottingham. At the first roundabout take the third exit for Long Eaton/Toton (B6003 – Stapleford Lane) (taking the lane through the centre of the roundabout).

Continue along Stapleford Lane, down the hill, and straight through the first set of traffic lights. Continue straight on all the way to the end of Stapleford Lane, where it ends at a T-junction with Nottingham Road (A6005).

Turn left onto Nottingham Road (A6005) and continue on to the first set of traffic lights at Chilwell Retail Park (with McDonalds on the righthand corner). At the traffic lights go straight on and get into the righthand lane.

After the second set of bollards, pull into the centre of the road to turn right into the forecourt of Highway Garage (MOT and car sales). Once on the forecourt, you will see a slip road to the right into our industrial estate. Take the slip road and follow it all the way to its end, and you will reach the DSM factory.
